Nauticus, The National Maritime Center is an entertaining and educational science and technology center that explores the naval, economic, and natural power of the sea.

Located in downtown Norfolk, Nauticus features hands-on exhibits, theaters with live actors, shark touch, digital, hi-definition movies on a giant screen, and more.  The Hampton Roads Naval Museum and the Battleship Wisconsin—one of the largest and last battleships ever built by the U.S. Navy, complete the maritime experience!  

The Banana Pier Gift Shop offers nautical gifts, educational toys, and unique collectibles reminiscent of the sea; and the Iron Whale Café serves a variety of cold and hot fare.
